    Unhelpful, rude male member of staff at check-in. Sadly, a very long wait for breakfast- but it was very good when it finally appeared Tight for parking when full. Steep staircase so less mobile visitors need to ask for first floor rooms

    Peaceful New Forest stay in a lovely hotel.

    The location in the New Forest is peaceful. The room was clean & comfortable. There is car parking. The Bistro served good food, which was good value for money.
