    The apartament is spaceous. Location is good. Several minutes walking to the main central area.

    We've requested and paid extra for babycot. Upon arrival the baby cot was available, but not setup properly and definatly not usable in this condition (unstable/unsafe). The sofa was also prepered as a bed, which was not requested and desired by us. We immediatly contact the property upon arrival in order to fix these. A person came several hours later (around 9PM), which was not convinient for us and little child, which is usually slleping at this time. There is no elevator, apartament is on the 2nd floor. This is written within the description, however photos of stairs are missleading (there are a lot more then shown). For us this was important having a stroller, which we should of carry all the way up and down. Check in (3-4PM)/check out (10AM) hours are inconvinient. Of course, if you need an extra hour on check out, it not a problem - they will charge you. No luggage available ! I was requested to do documents check-in using an external portal of the property. I receive several strange emails that there is a data leak of their portal. I've contact the property and ask if is this case is safe to provide my documents and they said - it's all OK, problem is solved. A day after I've done the check in, I received scam messages via Whats up (to pay services in order to confirm my booking) !!! I was receiving messages from the property almost every day during our stay (promotions of extra services, check out reminders, etc). We found this very disturbing during a vacation.

    TOP Lage mitten im Zentrum von Florenz und super sauber

    Super Lage nur wenige Gehminuten von der Ponte Vecchio entfernt. Das Apartment ist super sauber, sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, vorsichtig sein: die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ZTL. Man kann etwa 1,5 km entfernt kostenfreie Parkplätze (weiße Umrandung) finden.
