    Wonderful stay, quiet and relaxing, great hosts.

    The room was lovely and everything had been done for the comfort of guests. Nothing was too much trouble. A great find, we will go back.

    Love this property, Jane & Paul are welcoming. Breakfast is very good, there is nothing not to like

    Lovely location and very quiet, quick drive into Southampton. Huge room with patio doors out to a small garden which was lovely to sit out in the evening.

    Exceptionally beautiful and comfy room. Peaceful and quiet location. Lovely hosts

    Beautiful, peaceful location with lovely garden overlooking fields. WIckham is a few minutes drive and is a lovely village. Room is exceptional, beautifully decorated and very comfy, sofa and bed. Room was naturally cool and shady inside, despite hot temperature outside. Breakfast wonderful. Hosts Paul and Jane very welcoming and friendly. I am delighted to have found this delightful B&B and hope to return.

    I cannot find anything that I would change, or offer any constructive criticism.

    Brilliant… loved everything about our stay, can’t wait to return.

    Paul and Jane were very welcoming. Our room was wonderful, clean, comfortable and such a quiet location even though the property is fairly near the main road. We wanted for nothing and had a lovely stay. We were in the area visiting friends, so we will definitely stay at this property again when we next come visiting.

    Absolutely nothing, other than we could only stay one night!!
