    Food, bar, staff, rooms, spa, everything is perfect, clean. One of my favourite hotels. I've stayed numerous times and I'll always continue to come back.

    Good location. Reasonable value for money. Rooms very spacious. Bed extremely comfortable.

    Dated hotel. Badly needs a 'Glow Up'. Lift is dreadful too. I ended up in the treacherous surrounds of their basement despite pressing floor or 2 above (and the lift had been idle) ! Also it may be slowest lift in Western Europe, I'll have to research further. You wouldn't want to be gasping for a pint ;)
