    not worth the money

this was not a two bedroom property as advertised. it is a one bedroom with a lounge that has a double bed in the corner. this is actually part of the the owners house sectioned off. the microwave and mini fridge are inside the bedroom aswell as uncovered crockery and cutlery. not very hygienic. kettle and cups etc on a set of drawers in the lounge and the cups were massivelly lined/cracked inside - not safe to use. the ceilings were absolutely covered in thick dirty cobwebs and i had to clean every one before we could try and sleep. mattresses were lump and it was very 'doggy'. dog bowls at entrance and inside even though we didnt bring one. it smelt of dog for the whole stay and the cushions and blankets were covered in dog hair. there was a big basket of chewed dog toys in the bedroom even though we do not have a dog. really should be taken away unless customers specify they are bringing an animal with them. skirting boards were grimey and stains on table leg.overall it was not worth the money. noise from owner using a chainsaw in the afternoon and smell of petrol from it made me close the windows on a very hot day. this property needs a deep clean and a rethink about the setup. online photos are misleading. the seating area is two chairs outside the front door. there is a gravel area but you are forbidden from using it further than 20 feet. a tiny grassed area maybe 7ft x 3ft overgrown with 2 dirty chairs and a table. this is an honest review and i have photos of all these issues.

A great little place which was so peaceful

Comfort, quiet and position. Coolness on the heatwave

A toaster would have been good.
