The hotel was outdated. The room had a smell that reminded me of bug spray. The tv didn’t work, but Felicia did replace

Staff… beds hard.. only two towels for theee people… no wash clothes.. only one small bottle of shampoo no conditioner….. bathroom door didn’t lock…

This was my first and last stay. Pay attention to the reviews please.
The friendliness and promptness of the staff. Felicia and another young lady, whom I can remember her name right now, were wonderful. They were very friendly, helpful and helped us with concerns.
The outdated building and rooms. The smell of the room reminded me of Bug Spray. There was rust on the floor underneath the desk. Moisture bags and container concerned me. The bathroom had a funny smell, the Bathroom door had bubbles and would not shut without being forced and even then it wouldn’t close all the way. The door hinges were also very rusty. We weren’t too familiar with the area because we are new here, but we are learning quickly. Anxiety was really high staying here. There was rust on the floor underneath the desk. We stayed here because the one in Huntsville we’d been staying booked our room and we are waiting for our new place to be ready. I don’t know the owner of this place but he/she really needs to do better. As far as cleanliness I guess it was ok for some but not my kind of clean. It’s also close to the highway so there will be noise from the traffic.
