    We didn’t stay so I can’t say how room service was but customer service has had me on my phoNeal day

    I wasn’t able to stay, even after I had booked a reservation a week before, was called 30 mins after check in that my room wasn’t available so i couldn’t there anymore. Was told and emailed that I will not get charged for the cancellation & today Wednesday 10/14/26 I have a pending transaction. I have tried calling all morning and no answer.

    Dirty, roach infested, broken refrigerator, no shower curtain, broken burner, window duct taped shut.

    The staff

    The rooms smelled awful and weren't clean. We had no towels to take showers and no staff were up front to ask for some. There was blood in the room and no shower curtain
