  Zeer leuke en praktische accommodatie, passend bij de omgeving.

  Ontbijt iets te laat (vanaf 8:00), gezien dat men 1,5 h nodig heeft om de Grand Canyon te bereiken.

  I'd definitley stay again.

  Great room! Lovely staff member (Emma I think). She was friendly, helpful and represented the B&B well.

  Didn't have coffee in the room as advertised....tea only. It's not really a 'breakfast' but you get a pastry and a cup of coffee, so that was fine for me.

  Decent but not what we expected. Probably won't stay here again for the price.

  For nicer weather there is corn hole and seating outside on a back porch from the main lodge. Rooms were decent, small, had obviously been upgraded.

  The property is located next to a busy street which could be loud at times. The A/C unit was very loud which was good in the sense that it drowned out some of the road noise but was inconsistent it was difficult to sleep. There wasn't a breakfast. We had a $10 voucher that could be applied to coffee and pastries, but we had to pay more than $10. Pastries were ok, coffee was good, but wasn't free as the promo implied. For our free glass of wine we got a glass of poor wine though for more $ we could have upgraded. Not a true B and B from our experience.

  A friendly camp ambience with comfortable, clean accommodations.

  The location is perfect: far enough out to be quiet but within minutes of the arboretum, Lowell observatory, restaurants and grocery stores. The bed and shower were exceptional and the breakfast sandwiches delicious. The staff were personable and accommodating.

  The pillows were a little hard.
