    Incredible staff!

    Staff were excellent and went above and beyond. Food was fabulous and everything was comfortable.

    Really disappointed

    I loved the spa area, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. Bed comfortable.

    Noise at night, and staff were disinterested. Spent 2 nights unfortunately. Was tempted to leave after one. Shower in the room was insanely hot, and over a bath that didn't drain.

    A definitely repeatable experience! We'll be back!!

    Very friendly helpful staff Carpark very convenient for reception Very nice spa facilities (but see note below) Bedroom was a good size and well appointed Good choice of well cooked and well presented food in the restaurant for dinner (and nice to have gentle live music in the background) Superb breakfast buffet (but see note below) with very good range of individually cooked choices all included in the price (ie Eggs Benedict, Florentine, Royale or California)

    Disappointing to only have "plastic" bread for toasting at breakfast (watched staff filling basket so I know it wasn't nice "artisan" bread Didn't expect to have to pay to use the swimming pool (it should be made clear BEFORE booking that this is the case as the implication is that it is an included facility
