Owner didn't turn up to let us in the Hotel! Had to find other accommodation.

Nothing, as no one arrived to let us into the hotel. So I cannot comment on the facilities.

We didn't gain access to the property despite texting, emailing and calling the client. No one answered our messages and still have not. We had to find another hotel in Grazalema which was very difficult as it was the Bull Run Festival week so accommodation was very limited. Very disappointed with the way Booking.com managed our complaint and request for a refund continues Be warned !
