Amazing time in the pool and the beach.

Great pool and spa areas. Nice to have a grill and full kitchen available.

Water pressure in the shower way to low. Main cooling system didn’t work.

We had never heard of WorldMark previously and we were all very impressed with the accommodations

The staff are very responsive, helpful, friendly, courteous, and eager to please and represent the brand very well.

One interaction with a staff member. I spoke to someone at the front desk and they were very nice and we were able to work out a solution.

We plan on returning to Birch Bay and we will rebook with WorldMark.

Wonderful location—across the street from the Bay and several restaurants within walking distance

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property
