As of Jan. 1, 2025, the Kingstown Reef Resort will become cashless. As a result, all owners and guests will need to have a debit or credit card for any transactions made at the site. Effective January 1st, 2025, our resort will begin charging for incoming owner/guest mail and packages. The rate will be $5.00 per item, no matter the packaging/size, with medical equipment being the only item that is free of charge. Please also note that due to directions previously issued by our Corporate Partners, the resort will not accept any mail/packages that originate from USPS (the United States Postal Service). However, any mail/packages that originated from another delivery carrier and use USPS as their final delivery method will be accepted. Examples include, but are not limited to: a. Surepost or Mail Innovations (originates from UPS) Surepost or Mail Innovations (originates from UPS) SmartPost (originates from Fed-Ex) SmartMail (originates from DHL)Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.     BE Aware of WIFI ruse

    Resort itself is very nice. Very clean and nice grounds, unit and amenities. Conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and attractions. They charge for WIFI which is ridiculous in todays times. $50 for a week for 3 devices which is not true as when you set up 1 device they try and charge you again to add another device. Told to call a number to get help but it is an AI system that puts you in endless loop of pushing 1 or 2 on phone. I was told they would waive the fee if we attended the sales presentation, Therein lies the ruse or scam.

    Wyndham resort closed to SeaWorld , Disney, and Universal Studios

    There is free parking, 2 large pool, Jacuzzi, spacious kitchen and living room. We had a 2 bedroom suit with a bathroom each. There is laundry on site. We were able to cook breakfast, warm food, make noodles..
