    Fabulous

    Third time we've stayed. The house is very comfortable, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Lovely being right next to the sea. The hot tub is great to warm up in after swimming in the sea and we also had fun in the games room. We were pleased to find that the (private) road leading to the property has been made up since our last visit! Pagham Beach Cafe is always good.

    Very comfortable accommodation with beautiful view. Well equipped with thoughtful welcome pack.

    Beautiful view for sitting room. Like the fact that sitting and room and kitchen/dining area are open plan. All on one level for our aged mother.

    Dining table too big for our group of 4. No sun loungers - bean bags provided but not very easy to make into comfortable positions for sitting outside and reading.

    Relaxing. Beautiful.

    The location of the property is amazing, being right on the beach with spectacular views. The property is very clean and comfortable with everything you need.

    Great location, lovely views and fabulous place

    Loved the location so relaxing and all the extra touches made it even more special 😀

    Difficult to find anything to not like but the beds were quite hard but with all the pillows it was easy to solve 😀
