Mixed Experience – Some Good, Some Not So Good
Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately a mixed experience. When we arrived, we were told quite rudely that this was not our hotel, even though we showed them our booking confirmation. Because of this, we had to find and stay at another hotel for the first day. Later in the afternoon, they realized that we actually did have a reservation there. During our stay, the electricity went out for a while, which meant we also had no water for about an hour. Since the power was out, the elevator didn’t work either, and we had to walk up ten flights of stairs. Another negative was that several hidden costs appeared when we were checking out, which was quite frustrating and unexpected. One positive thing, however, was that the hotel host kindly accompanied me when I went out to do some shopping so that I would feel safe. That was a thoughtful gesture and appreciated. Overall, the experience had both positive and negative aspects, but there were definitely some issues that made the stay less comfortable than expected.

В описании номера было указано, что завтрак входит в стоимость номера, но завтрак не предоставили. Рано утром на ресепшене никого не было.
