  Kanthy and her team go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and have a great stay! The room is beautiful, and they provide laundry service - free of charge! Much needed after travelling for a month. It has everything you need within a minute walk. The breakfast is divine - highly recommend the Chongqing style noodles.

  The location, the breakfast offered and the cleanliness

  We could not figure out how to access the gym and this was one of the reasons we chose this location. Most likely a language barrier but qr code would not give us access as well

  Amazing experience

  The hotel is very nice and the staff is super friendly and helpful. First it wasn’t easy to find the hotel but they are reachable via WhatsApp and WeChat and even picked me up. They also helped me to organise some tours. It’s a bit outside but in a nice and lively location and easy to get around. I’ll definitely would come back

  Excellent hotel, highly recommended if you don’t mind staying outside the city center

  The room was spacious, very bright, and clean. It was well-equipped with everything you might need (towels, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, slippers, etc.). The double bed was extremely soft and comfortable, and the bedding was of good quality and smelled fresh. The room also had a terrace with tables and chairs, offering a nice view. The room was cleaned every day in the late morning or early afternoon; the trash was emptied, and fresh towels were provided. There is a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate area around the hotel. There are several tea houses, cafés, and supermarkets (including a Lawson that is open at night). The neighborhood is quiet at night, and there is no noticeable noise from nearby roads. It also feels safe after dark, and on the way toward the metro station you can find many restaurants and entertainment venues that stay open late. The reception staff do not speak English, but they are very helpful, and communication was easy using a translation app.

  The hotel is not easy to find, as there is another hotel with a similar name in the area. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Yuanyag metro station (Metro Line 3). The entrance can be difficult to locate at first—you need to look for the orange sign with the hotel’s name—but staff in the nearby shops are helpful and can guide you. The hotel is a bit outside the city center; it takes about 40 minutes to get into the city by metro.
