  Excellent, spacious accommodation with great facilities and location.

  The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. There was plenty to do in terms of the games room and hot tub. LOcation was excellent and we were able to get three cars in the driveway, which was great as parking otherwise would have been difficult.

  It's not really a criticism but the Aga made the kitchen and parts of the house near it very hot.

  Rompingly good fun

  Location, games room and hot tub. The house was comfy and easy to get to. Views were amazing. The dogs also enjoyed themselves immensely, we have a senior blind dog and he did pretty well navigating the house. The younger dog definitely enjoyed the longer walks down the promenade and the kids were amused by the sheep on the beach.

  There were a couple of issues with what was in the black folder not being correct but was either sorted out with clarification by the owner or muddled through with fun. There wasn't much to not like really

  Absolutely filthy!!

  The property is well located and a good size but thats where the good part ends

  I would avoid booking here at all costs!! Whilst this has the potential to be a great property the owners clearly do not care about it and its just a money pot. We stayed for 2 nights with children and if we could have booked somewhere else when we arrived we would have left. The place is filthy. Dust everywhere, mould in bathrooms and windows are blown in lots of areas and also mouldy. Cracked sinks, smashed top of toilet, cracked window in games room. BBQ so dirty and rusty is it unusable. Hot tub on first site looks impressive, but used once and realised how dirty it was, we had to remove the children, lots hair coming out the jets, scum on the bottom and when the jets were on the water stank and became discoloured!! A serious health hazard. They have an aga as the oven, which was so dirty! It had to be left on consistantly (there was a sign saying do not turn off) it made the kitchen unbearably hot plus with children, we had to keep them away as it was so hot we were worried they would burn themselves. Toilet in main bathroom made noise throughout the night and when the shower was used in the en-suite it would send the water in the main bathroom scolding to which it burnt one of the children. The floors upstairs were covered in dog hair. (we have a dog… we didnt take him so not adverse to a dog hair or two) but the main bedroom was covered, to the point it was all over everything. The kitchen utensils and crockery were all dirty and so were the facilities (never seen the outside of a kettle and coffee machine so mucky!) One of my party ended up covered in bites from god knows what, were assuming her bed as no one else got them, I literally could go on and on! It is a real shame as with a little TLC and a bloody good clean this would be a great property but looking at previous reviews, lots of this issues seem to be the same for a long time! Shame on me for not reading them fully before i booked!
