Absolutely shocking experience. The hotel had overbooked by nine rooms and didn’t inform us until 11 pm, just as we were trying to check in. The communication was appalling, and the way we were treated as customers was completely unacceptable. Leaving guests to deal with a situation like this so late at night shows a complete lack of consideration and professionalism. We will never stay here again and would strongly recommend that others avoid this hotel. A truly disgraceful experience and a complete failure of customer service.
