  Decent, But NOT Good Enough For A 5-star

  When I was staying at this location, they gave me a free room upgrade because they were sold out of rooms and I came extremely early to this location from the airport. I was very lucky enough to get the very last one. One of their staff had brought me some treats and goodies basket up to my room and they were really nice. The staff here are really nice and helpful! I felt just like a queen. The amenities here are amazing. They offered a big breakfast buffet with a variety of choices for $20 all you can eat, like heaven paradise. There is a spa facility for early bird arrivals prior to check-in. Be sure you let them know that you're arriving very early when you book this location. It definitely feels like almost close to a 5 star, but doesn't live up to the reality of a 5 star even though they claim they are a 5 star hotel chain.

  I didn't like how the security hassled me and questioned and intervened me with my date. We are a couple and then the security made a big scene at the entrance. He was pretty much invasive. It made me felt uncomfortable. I didn't like that there wasn't a good supply of running hot water at this location. The water isn't hot enough. I had breakfast here as a couple with 1 other guy and there was a misunderstanding about the FREE breakfast buffet which was included in my stay which I wasn't aware about on top of the $100 deposit fee which is required by most 4 & 5 star hotels, or probably all of them. This is one of the reasons why my rating dropped even lower as well on top of the other flaws with staying at this location. One thing I must indicate is their breakfast probably has some contaminated food or foodbourne illness bacteria which got me sick. I ate at a 5 star buffet and ironically I had gotten sick from their food. Their leftover foods aren't preserved well enough. There's bacteria and deadly microorganisms harvesting in their buffet breakfast menu. If you can, please avoid the breakfast buffet at this location if you stay here. I must recall that there is some food poisoning going on at this location. The food here is contaminated and everything is not properly cooked or thoroughly washed. Please consume their breakfast buffet at your own caution! Be careful what you put on your plate, any spoiled yogurt or certain vegetables you need to be careful what you're putting on your plate. I've gotten sick from eating their own breakfast buffet 1 night I was there. I was there for 2 nights. Out of all my stays in Turkey in Istanbul, this was the only hotel that was far below a 9+ out of 10. I was upgraded to the suite penthouse and to my surprise, there wasn't even a bathtub on the highest floor which surprised me.

  Sehr gutes Hotel, welches die 5 Sterne absolut verdient hat Ich bin dort 2-3x im Jahr und genieße jedesmal den Aufenthalt dort
