    The location was great!!

The ac in my room didn't work. The breakfast was $15 a person for a basic breakfast that most places offer for free.

Looks nice but is very outdated.

Room was set at 60 but didn't feel like it. Everything seemed out of date. Walls are also super thin. I could hear everything from the people next door.

Location to the conference center and bricktown. One morning we woke up without water but this was fixed promptly.

The breakfast was poor value for money and everything was served on disposable plates amd cutlery. There was no housekeeping of my room unless requested. One morning we didn't have any water. One set of elevators were out of service for the majority of our stay. Special requests received inconsistent answers which proved to be very stressful.

    Location, amenities, staff friendliness

Room smelled of cigarettes, large stain on carpet, did not believe it was as clean as it should be, no parking at block and limited drive thru area
