Great location, east access to Old Istanbul, great for exploring the area. Staff was really helpful, especially we had an issue with our room and they swap rooms straight away, with no questions or other comments.
Rooms are a bit old and need some improvements, and a main thing was the indoor pool not functioning, which was a major down for us, as we specifically booked this hotel for it's spa area.

The staff was very friendly and tried their best. The bed was comfortable.
Definitely NOT a 5-star hotel. The sauna was disgustingly dirty. Breakfast was below average. The room is in need of repairs, limited storage space, no chair or hook to hang one's jacket. Every night power outage in the room.
