Peace and quiet in a beautiful location.
Clean and quiet unit, great kitchen. The grounds were beautifully kept. We were only there two nights so didn't have a chance to take full advantage of everything offered around the resort.
After check-in, it was a bit difficult to find our building in the dark. Low lighting and minimal signage. We returned to the office to ask for better directions, at which point a staffer drove us on a motorized cart, which was great. Our unit was on the second floor and stairs were rather steep, with our door right next to the stairs -- so we needed to be a bit careful exiting. Also there was a time-share presentation offered when we checked in, but we weren't interested and there was no further pressure about it.

Wonderful Wyndham Vacation Location
We really enjoyed the beautiful landscape at this property. We also liked the comfortable beds and the big windows, the lanai and the two bed/two bathrooms.
The pools are small.

Our favorite spot when we are on the Kona side of the Big Island.
We were staying at the Wyndham during Hurricane Lala, and the staff was experienced and trained to address our concerns. Certain amenities were closed/stored due to the pending weather event.

We were close to the pool and the BBQ area. The staff were nice and friendly and we appreciated all their help. Customer service was amazing. We definitely will plan another staycation here.
