Amazing hospitality, we'll be back!
What impressed me the most was the kindness of the entire staff, from the warm welcome by Xavier Monge to the friendly greetings from the housekeeping team and bartenders. A special thank you to Jayson Santos for his exceptional service and personal attention. Everyone made us feel truly welcome, valued, and at home. We will definitely be back!
Some may consider them exotic creatures, but my wife would definitely disagree! 😂 The iguanas were the only “wildlife adventure” we had to watch out for during our stay. Let’s just say she wasn’t looking to make any new reptile friends! 🦎😅

Esperaba más de lo que obtuve
La piscina y la señora que nos atendió en el desayuno .
La comida el desayuno las porciones para niños es demasiado grande casi de adultos . El sabor de la comida no era muy buena , no hay mucho para comer en el área , el calentador no funcionaba el aire acondicionado estaba sucio se veía el hongo .
