    Excelente localização

    O café da manhã é bom. Todos os funcionários foram educados e atenciosos. As camas são bem confortáveis. Tem frigobar com bebidas no quarto. Os quartos são espaçosos. O hotel está bem próximo da Av Paulista e perto da estação do metro Trianon.

    O chuveiro não tinha água quente, ainda bem que o dia não estava muito frio.

    Péssimo! Tive q avaliar para não serem enganados ! E aguardo uma resposta que nao seja generica

    Localização boa.

    Atendimento dos funcionários ruim, poucos funcionários; quando era solicitado algo “como simplesmente pilha pro controle pq o ar nao ligava” parecia que estava fazendo um favor; o banheiro vazou agua sei la da onde pelo ralo proximo a pia; solicitei que ao menos limpassem pq faria late checkout; nem isso fizeram qndo voltei a tarde! O valor de meia diaria paga para sair as 18, foi passada por um funcionário pelo valor do site; mas qndo desco pagar era 50% a mais do valor dito, pois “era metade da diaria que paguei” - pq tava lotado pro evento ( e eles sobem valor). Quando questionei o funcionário matheus foi extremamente grosseiro e simplesmente disse “vou depois chamar atencao dele”! Ou seja ja tinha passado 3 hrs pos hr do check out. Tive que pagar a mais o valor acrescentado!! Eu ka me hospedei outras vzs nessa rede; e pela primeira vez tenho o que reclamar! Estava com uma amiga q não conhecia sp: e foi decepcionante! Vou a sp ao menos a cada 60 dias; entao conheço varios hoteis; e infelizmente… e a primeira vez que paro pra reclamar de algo; pq realmente a experiência foi mto ruim. Agora vi que podia ter tirado fotos ( como disse nao costumo ter que reclamar de nada)
