    Continental breakfast very good. Lovely spacious room ,well decorated, very clean and comfortable with lovely toiletries and plenty of facilities eg tea and coffee.

    A very enjoyable stay. The breakfast was continental and was well thought through.

    The property was in an excellent location. Just a short walk to lovely restaurants and into the centre of Harrogate. The room was large very clean and tasteful. The facilities met all of our requirements. I particularly liked the sofa in the room as we don’t stay out late and it was lovely to sit and watch the tv.

    There was nothing we didn’t like.

    It was pleasant enough

    It was an easy walk to the town centre

    Room did not feel like a deluxe double, bed was small in length and should be on the other side of the room, bathroom door opened directly onto the bed making it impossible not to wake up my wife when using it at night
