Apartamento ótimo, limpo, bonito e confortável. Superou as expectativas. Se não fosse o ponto negativo a seguir, seria uma nota 10.
Apesar do apartamento ser ótimo, não conseguimos tomar um banho completo sequer com água quente. A água ficava congelante depois de 1 minuto da ducha aberta em todos os banhos, tornando necessário reiniciar o boiler toda vez. Eu tive que sair molhado e ensaboado do banho muitas vezes. Pedi apoio dos responsáveis e insisti desde o primeiro dia de estadia, sempre recebendo sugestões de solução que não resolviam. Enviaram gente de manutenção que não resolvia o problema. Isso prejudicou demais a nossa estadia.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del Parque de Chapultepec y con fácil acceso al metro, autobuses y otros medios de transporte. El departamento es muy amplio, hermoso y cómodo, y las camas son realmente muy confortables. Es un lugar en el que me encantaría vivir. Tuve algunos inconvenientes con las puertas. La puerta de uno de los cuartos quedó trabada al cerrarse y no se podía volver a abrir. Me comuniqué con atención al cliente de Wynwood y enviaron rápidamente a un cerrajero para solucionarlo, lo cual valoro mucho. Sin embargo, es una situación que no debería ocurrir, especialmente porque la puerta tenía marcas que parecían indicar que ya había sucedido anteriormente. Además, las puertas del balcón no se podían trabar correctamente, por lo que con solo correrlas se abrían. Más allá de estos inconvenientes, el departamento es divino, muy amplio y está muy bien ubicado. Con esos detalles solucionados, sería un alojamiento excelente.
