  Exactly what we needed and much better than several others we have stayed in. Would stay there again

  Very clean and neat. Well equipped kitchen, had everything we needed for a 4-day stay. Excellent comms and directions by host Kim prior to arrival. Quality linen and towels. Great hot water temp and pressure in the shower. Bread, milk, muesli etc provided for breakfast so we didn't have to run straight out to find a shop. Lovely rural location yet less than 15 mins from town. Easy arrangements for opening the gate and getting the key/leaving the key on departure.

  Although the location is lovely, the unit is quite close to Ashhurst Road. It is easy to find but there's quite a lot of truck traffic which can be a bit noisy at night; then again that won't necessarily be an issue for every guest.

  Great option

  Nice place, good size, excellent facilities. Bonus alpacas to meet. Highly recommended.

  Nothing. Just be aware that the place is near a main road and part of a larger property. Neither of which bothered us.

  Excellent, we stayed for two nights recently as attending a wedding nearby. A lovely place to stay.

  We stayed for two nights recently as attending a wedding nearby. A lovely place to stay, Kim provided really good comms prior to arriving. Access was easy with the key in a lock box and a phone number to open the gate, good security. Property was very clean, way better than others we have stayed in, host Kim was really friendly and accommodating, and not imposing at all. There was lots of thougtful items in the accomodation should you need them. Also there was breakfast that we had forgotten about, which was great.
