Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that all apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. Please note that a 1.95% credit card processing fee applies for payments made with Visa and Mastercard credit cards, and a 3.95% credit card processing fee applies for payments made with American Express credit cards. Outdoor Pool and BBQ areas are closed from Mid July to Mid December 2024. All visitor parking and the main driveway is also closed over the same period.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
