Our beautiful and comfortable Luxury Loft is not only suitable for vacation rentals but also perfect for professionals working temporarily in Amsterdam, as this studio includes a separate office space with a desk and a kitchen. Guests are allowed to use our spacious and leafy garden. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated arrival time. Please note that this accommodations is not suitable for guests with bad cat or dog allergies. The bed and breakfast is home to both dogs and cats which stay in the communal areas. Breakfast was very nice every morning (could improve variety). Eclectic decor was fascinating.
Room access a bit awkward with large suitcases.

La ubicación, genial. Lugar tranquilo cerca del centro y con muy buena comunicación con medios de transporte. El desayuno re completo y rico! La habitación muy cómoda, grande, limpia y funcional. No me faltaba nada. Philip súper amable y atento! Lo pasamos realmente muy bien.

We felt very welcomed into Xavier’s and Philip’s home. It was a special experience.
The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. They were very quick to respond and address our needs and questions. The decor was unique— interesting to us but possibly not to everyone’s taste. The location was walkable to the tram and train and eating options. The breakfasts were wonderful!
We were in the loft which meant very steep stairways. While this was not a deal breaker, I was extremely appreciative of assistance in carting my bag to the loft.
