  The villa is nice, but we had too many problems with the host.

  The villa was very nice, with a nice view and a swimming pool. It was also well equipped, we were given pool and bathroom towels.

  The owner was friendly and wrote to us on WhatsApp about our wishes and possible reservations, which she was willing to make for us. However, we encountered a problem at the first meeting, when she demanded a damage deposit in cash (1000€), despite the fact that the booking clearly states that the deposit will be taken from the card with which the payment was made. She wanted cash, even if she had to come pick it up the next day, and we did not receive any receipt for the payment. On the last day, we encountered a growing problem, we cleaned the villa after ourselves, took out the trash and did the dishes, we did not cause any damage to the villa, nor did we break a glass or plate. The owner wanted to take 250€ from our damage deposit, because the cushions on the loungers by the pool were wet!! How can she charge us so much money for wet cushions, which are normal to lie on wet, since they are by the pool. In the end, after the argument, we had to pay €150, which is still a total rip-off, since we didn't do any damage and the pillows will dry in the sun. Our vacation was still great, but the argument left a bitter taste on the last day and a bad breakup with the owner.

  Absolutely loved this villa! It was spotless when we arrived, with a lovely welcome touch from the host. The layout was great for our family — four bedrooms, each with plenty of space and storage. The pool was the highlight, we spent most evenings sitting by it watching the sunset. The host was amazing — friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay. 10/10 experience!

  Exceeded all our expectations!

  Xenos Villa exceeded all our expectations. It’s modern, clean, and has everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. The four bedrooms were ideal for our group, and the pool area was a dream — quiet, private, and surrounded by beautiful views. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, answering every question and giving us great local tips. We felt so well looked after. We’ll definitely be returning! Highly recommend for a peaceful Greek getaway!
