    As stated in the likes and dislikes

    The “hardware” was good but the “software” needs to be worked on. The location, the cleanliness, the room was spacious and clean.

    Firstly the direction given on the website say walk 50m as you exit the metro station; you can walk 500m, 5 km or 500 km and you won’t see the hostel unless you walk round the globe as the hotel is behind you as exit the metro. You can’t see Vivo nor Huawei as you exit the metro so it’s not a good guide. Then the staff; cold, unfriendly and unhelpful. Next, I was told breakfast starts at 8 am and I can order it at the bar. At 8.15 am there was still no one at the bar 🤷🏽‍♂️
