  Not quite as expected

  We really liked the staff. They were super friendly and trying their best to be helpful. Free shuttle to the middle gate of the park was very handy as it would be problematic to order taxi/didi to such a remote location for such a short drive. The views when the weather permitted were outstanding. I disagree with some reviews complaining about location. We knew it's far from city but close to the park that's why we booked it. Although there isn't actually any shop or restaurant nearby so bear it in mind.

  We booked two rooms one for myself and my wife and other for our kids. When we booked it months ago there was a pool on many photos but is no longer there. Our room was at the second floor with balcony and nice view. It was really nice but I don't understand half covered glass door to the toilet. Our kids rooms were in another building in the ground floor and the moment we walked in a smell of damp hit us hard. The room heating was set to 30deg with fan on full power so clearly there was some kind of problem. Same thing happened next day when we returned from the park. Heating on full blast. Bathroom had a narrow but long clear glass vertical window that run from the floor to the ceiling so if I sat on the little sofa I could see other person seating in the toilet. Again I don't understand this solution at all. Roller blind was full of mold and definitely needs changing. Breakfast was limited but I would say enough as it i is not a big hotel and one cannot really expect hundreds of options. But the eating area should be cleaned better as there are many spider webs some with spiders in them above. And on our last morning there was no hot water in any of the rooms. Overall it could be a really nice place but needs some attention and a ittle update.

  Hotel fantástico e poderoso. se reservarem aqui a vossa estadia, podem reservar todos os bilhetes de todas as atrações aqui em Zhangjiajie. Eles explicam todas as etapas e fazem todas reservas ao preço normal. Melhor è impossível. Está dentro do parque natural.

  The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay and made us feel incredibly welcome. A special shout out to Lucky, who was absolutely AMAZING. She was so helpful with booking activities, planning our days, and making sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What made our experience even more special was the thoughtful surprise of flowers and balloons for my partner, which was such a lovely gesture. The hotel also kindly provided us with a complimentary ride to the national park. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding hospitality and thoughtful touches that made our stay so memorable. We couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough, and Lucky truly deserves special recognition for going above and beyond! Thank you!!!! 🙏

  A wonderful stay with excellent service, a great location and genuinely caring staff

  The resort is modern, clean and in a great location — close enough to the city, while also being conveniently located for visiting the main attractions in the area. The hotel provided a private driver who was always available when needed. He was very friendly, helpful and always arrived on time. The breakfast was available every day and was rich, fresh and delicious. I also had dinner at the resort once, and it was excellent. During my stay, I unfortunately got sick, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They provided me with medicine and continued to check on me over the following days to see if I was feeling better or needed anything else. A special mention goes to Mia, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She helped me plan my itinerary for the following days and gave me great advice on the best order to visit the different attractions so I could make the most of my time.
