    Friendly service and a reasonably good location.

    Friendly staff, cleanliness, relatively good location.

    The hotel has a somewhat old-school feel. There were a few minor issues in the rooms (a loose toilet seat, poor sound insulation in the doors - I could hear loud conversations from the room next door - and about half the TV channels were missing). Its location looks fine on a map, but the tram to the city center takes a rather indirect route, so the journey takes a while. Bicycles would have been a better option, but we happened to be there during a spell of cold, rainy weather, which wasn't exactly ideal for cycling.
