    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to book these apartments again

    The location of the property is definitely the number one highlight. It’s in a great position, and the apartments themselves are also a real positive — modern, clean and well presented, with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.

    The only slight negative for us was the front-of-house service. Although the staff we did see were friendly and personable, there seemed to be a lack of presence at reception, and we often felt we were the ones having to initiate interaction rather than being greeted. There is also no hotel staff on site overnight, with only a number to call in case of an emergency. While we had no issues during our stay, having some form of overnight presence would provide extra reassurance and peace of mind that the building remains secure and that only authorised guests have access. Also, when we left at 6pm, there was no one on reception to hand back our keys and remotes. A secure drop-off box would be useful for guests leaving outside reception hours, or alternatively departing guests could be advised in advance that no one will be around and where to leave these items. Overall, these are minor points, and the location and quality of the apartments made this a great place to stay.

    Fabulous and welcoming apartheid.

    Very welcoming and very clean and well maintained, all staff very friendly and helpful, room well equipped and a superb views of Costa Rica, didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting as did the on site bar and snack bar.

    Would have liked to have stayed longer 😉😉
