Host - Very accommodating and incredibly friendly. An issue with booking occurred prior to travel, however the host was incredibly receptive and allowed for both an easy process in payment and was open to early check-in. Facilities - Almost everything we needed was available, and everything stated on their site was as listed. Very good for the price! Cleanliness - Beds, bathroom and surfaces were spotless on arrival! There was also plenty of cleaning equipment provided for us to maintain the home's cleanliness during our stay. Comfort - The beds were acceptable and living room had comfortable seating. Easily fit for our group of 7. Location - Easy access to many areas of London we planned to visit thanks to conveniently placed bus and train stations. Plenty of options for both groceries and fast food which was especially convenient!
Facilities - Everything listed was available, so no complaints regarding what was promised for the accommodation, however some basic cooking items like Oil, Sugar and Salt would have been nice to have and not have to buy from the shops, especially as things like coffee/tea were provided. This doesn't mark against my rating of it, as these things were not promised on their page, but I wanted to note it as a suggestion for improvement, as it was inconvenient to have to buy these things and be unable to take them back due to luggage space. The only other thing I'll note is that while this location does sleep up to 11, if not potentially more if sharing beds, the living room barely fits around 7 people in its current arrangement. Cleanliness - Some of the glasses were dirty on our arrival, however I am considerate of the fact we gave the cleaners lest time with an early check-in. As well as this, there seems to be no recycling bin at the home, only a non-recyclables and medical bin (however, I have confirmed this was an oversight and not an issue of the home normally not having one).

I wholeheartedly recommend this place for bigger groups.
We were a party of 12 people staying at the accommodation for five nights. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well‑equipped and spacious as well. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood not far from Plumstead station.
