Giulia ci ha accolti con calore ed entusiasmo dandoci subito tanti suggerimenti e informazioni per la nostra settimana a Ios. La sua presenza costante ma anche discreta insieme all'ottima posizione sono i veri plus di questa struttura. La vista del porto la sera dalla terrazza è molto rilassante. Nelle vicinanze tutti i servizi: market, ristoranti, rent, bus-stop. La Chora si può raggiungere in bus, molto frequenti oppure tramite una salita/scalinata piuttosto ripida ma fattibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La struttura si presenta come da foto/descrizione.
Gli spazi non sono molto grandi e soprattutto il bagno può risultare limitato per 3 persone. La presenza della lavatrice però compensa il disagio. Anche la possibilità di non poter mangiare all'interno soprattutto a pranzo è un po' penalizzante. Tutto l'ambiente sarebbe da ristrutturare e ottimizzare.

Es un apartamento muy bien llevado por July. Mejor de lo esperado en todos los sentidos, destacar la ubicación muy buena cerca del puerto 150 metros salida de ferrys. Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas. Relación calidad-precio inmejorable.
Los muebles son un poco antiguos por poner algo negativo pero bueno.

La posizione, il supermercato sotto casa, nel porto per poter prendere la nave x qualsiasi direzione, spiagge vicine una raggiungibile anche a piedi in 7 minuti,noleggio di qualsiasi mezzo fermata bus tabacchi
Camera non pulita, vi erano presenti alcuni insetti e vi era un insetticida, in 5 GG mai un cambio di nulla, addensamento obsoleto e fatiscente compressi gli armadi nel totale e buono solo la posizione
