The location was excellent, and the property was well equipped with all the amenities we needed. One particularly memorable highlight was seeing a manatee swim right past the boat!

We experienced water leaks in both the attic and the living room during our stay. Water dripped directly onto my daughter’s face while she was sleeping, waking her up in the middle of the night.

Good stay close to shopping & food

Good location, middle of the Keys and plenty of stores/food in close proximity! Private pool and beach access is also available when booking at this property.

Big downfall was kids not being able to fish off the boats rear deck while ending the night! As a vacation destination you are out and about during the day but like to end the night relaxing and watching some TV - if this is your case too, beware the internet is absolutely terrible. If the location expects the customer to use their Hulu/Amazon and so forth then you should at least have a reliable internet to do so or provide the tv service!
