デラックスツインはゆったりで長めも良くステキでした。貸切風呂も気持ち良かった。コスメもちゃんとあって。
三階共用トイレは和式なんですね。使えません。汚れてましたね。貸切風呂のトイレも。定期的にお掃除してくださってるとは思いますが残念でした。

Great hospitality at a beautiful natural location.
An Onsen hotel at an amazing location - just over the river, you can hear the susurration all night long, and while immersing in the bath. Also, easy walk from the main touristic street of Yamanaka. The rooms are intended for families, and there are plenty of facilities (manga room, grilling dango, etc.) intended to all ages. We took a room with a private bath which was amazing - more an apartment than a room (could easily house 6), and allowing for a feeling of privacy and immersion in nature. Dinner and breakfast were generous and unique. All in all, great time for relaxation!
The hotel felt a bit like a grand dame past her glory days. It is very clean and comfortable, but could use a bit of renovation. That said, it did not diminish our enjoyment of the place. 0

Great amenities needs improvement with shuttle
The property itself was great everything is clean and well organized the food was incredible
The shuttle bus from the station just fidnt show up for me and they didn’t respond to emails so I had to ask people to call them
