    Yarm is a very nice place to visit, the accommodation was disappointing and not value for money.

    Described as a Luxury Gated Apartment on Booking.com, however this was not the luxury we thought we booked. There wasn’t a coffee machine, no en suite, very small bathroom, very difficult to get in / out of the bath, due to the fixed shower screen. Basin waste leaked, had to put towels in cupboard during our stay. The kitchen was average, however we did have to wash cereals bowls, cutlery, cups and champagne glasses before use. The layout was poor between kitchen / living space and no natural light in the kitchen. The window in the lounge wouldn’t close. The description of Gated Car Park, suggest it would be secure, however open fence onto public thoroughfare, not even sure if gates were closed in the evening. The location was very good.

    Enjoyable weekend and bank holiday stay at this quality apartment with great proximity to local restaurants and pubs. Sh

    Great location and parking. Facilities were of a high standard, super comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Secure and quiet.

    TV in bedroom wasn’t connected to anything, but not really a problem.

    Lovely, clean, bright and spacious top floor apartment in a great location just a short walk from the centre of Yarm. It had everything we needed we wish we could have stayed for longer! The free parking was a great bonus also. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond.
