  Great for a stay with or without the family

  Great apartment in a good location. Not far to the team if wanting to get back into town Super clean and family friendly Lots of space for all of us. Great communication and would def re book

  Tricky to. Get into to retrieve the key if no one is coming out of the building

  Five Star Apartment - but a FLAT-SHARE - not a stand-alone Private Apartment

  The location is excellent: on the end of Trams 11 and 48, in the Free Travel Zone. Very easy logistics to get to and from. Spectacular views over Victoria Harbour with bright sunshine every morning. Spotlessly clean with a superb bathroom and very effective shower (that doesn't leak!) awith Body Wash, Shampoo etc. . provided. Lots of thoughtful touches like Tea/Coffee making facilities, fresh water and a desk in the room. Many also beverages provided. Even paper towels and sugar. This apartment development is of very high quality. The ground floor swimming pool was excellent, easy to access, and very good exercise.

  (1) I had not read carefully enough: this host has two stand-alone apartments, but this smaller one is a SHARED property That means shoes off at the door, a shared kitchen and fridge, and strictly no visitors. You're a guest in someone's home. After protest about my first review from the owner, I looked at the published description very carefully. I find that it is easy to miss that this property is shared, and reading the reviews, I am not the only one to fall into this trap. This was a shock. To be honest, I'd never have booked if I'd noticed the embedded word "shared". I'm a night owl, and I like to host friends, that's why I booked what I thought was a stand-alone suite. (2) There is massive building work next door and more to follow, meaning weekday mornings by 7AM, there is huge noise: massive thunder crashes as hardcore is delivered, "beep-beep-beep" machinery and crane barges nearby. "Sleeping-in" is not possible without ear plugs, which I used on two of my four nights. Building work is in plan for four new blocks nearby, so this problem will likely persist for at least a year or more from Oct 2026. (3) A fault of the ventilation means that cooking nearby fills the bedroom with cooking smells. The owner assured me vehemently that she had not been cooking in this flat at this time, so I can only assume it was next door. I tried the air conditioining, on and off, but it did did not help. And opening a window doesn't work because of the noise! This happened on Sunday at 06:30 and Monday at 07.00. Waking up to cooked breakfast type smells is an unwelcome experience. After going to sleep at 1AM, I was up much earlier on Sunday than planned!

  Perfect location, great accommodation, excellent communication. Highly recommend!

  The communication with the owner was excellent. Messages were replied to very quickly. The apartment was exactly as shown in the images - very spacious, with modern furniture, comfy beds and a very nice bathroom. The ensuite was really handy with a family of 5! The location was incredible - only a short walk to the free tram! Woolworths is a 5-minute walk away for the convenience of buying groceries without needing a car or public transport. Great views of the Yarra and a nice balcony to sit and watch the boats pass by.

  From our experience, there was nothing to improve.
