Save yourself the frustration
Location
The broken air conditioning unit made the house uninhabitable. It is August in Florida. The TV did not work. The property managers were out of town and obviously had not checked on the unit to ensure it was prepared to accommodate a family. Our relaxing weekend getaway turned into a last-minute, desperate attempt to find reasonable accommodations for five people and a dog. No attention, preparation, or care were given by the owner/manager to ensure a comfortable stay and pleasant weekend. They did not want to pay to fix the AC, so they suggested we make other arrangements at the last minute while already en route to the destination. The lack of consideration or concerns from the management should preclude this listing from being offered on a legitimate reservation platform.

Clean, basic but good enough for our 2 night stay, stocked with coffee for coffee machine and washing powders/softeners for washing machine. Within walking distance of Ybor and short taxi ride to downtown Tampa.
Garden bushes, especially to front door, could do with timing.
