Il faudrait préciser qu'il y a de nombreuses marches pour accéder à l'appartement. Notre ami a 76 ans et avec les valises l'accès ne lui était pas facile

La ubicación es perfecta. La comodidad de las camas es muy buena. El buen tamaño de las habitaciones y del piso en general. Buen funcionamiento de los tres aparatos de aire acondicionado.
Poca presión de agua en la ducha del baño del fondo. Hace falta una mínima renovación de menaje de cocina: la cafetera es muy pequeña y no funciona bien; cubo de basura roto; falta de paños, bayetas y papel de cocina.

Apartamento descuidado. Cero relación calidad/
La ubicación era lo mejor.
Al apartamento le falta mantenimiento y limpieza. Aire acondicionado de uno de los dormitorios no funciona bien .Puerta de mampara ducha rota. Alcachofa ducha rota. Baja presión agua. Lámparas con bombillas fundidas. Sofá cama del salón incomodisimo para estar sentado (además de tener pelos y migas al abrirlo). Tiene rotas las sujeciones y los cojines se escurren todo el rato. Congelador lleno de escarcha, imposible abrirlo. Tapa del cubo de la basura roto. Ni una botella de agua de cortesía. Check-ing demasiado largo. Piden hasta un selfie. Escalera de subida súper estrecha con peldaños elevados. Precio muy elevado para lo que ofrece.

Location was good, the place was very spacious.
There was a loud noise coming from the walls or upstairs that kept us up and woke us up every night. I tried to inform the property. There was also a planter w/ dead plant that seemed to attract fruit flies.
