    O apartamento é próximo de muitos pontos turísticos e de Roma Termini. Dá para fazer muitos pontos andando. Muito prático.

    The room was clean, and the shared kitchen facilities were convenient and well equipped. The location of the property was great!

    The check-in: we had to complete an online check-in process (for which they sent us a bit too many follow-up messages) however check-in instructions were not shared until we contacted them less than 3h before our check-in time. Then, they had shared us check-in instructions for the wrong room (and we felt very awkward having entered someone else's room). While they were very quick to answer via WhatsApp, we then received different codes that didn't work until entered several times. Overall, we managed to fix the issue quite quickly but the overall process was awkward and stressful. The A/C unit: it is very loud and aside from being able to either have it on or off, there was no controller in the room to adjust the temperature or fan speed/mode. The settings seemed to be centralized.
