A lovely clean & roomy apartment in a quiet rural area with friendly kind hosts. Easy to drive to Gort, Loughrea or
Good roomy apartment with 2 good sized bedrooms, separate lounge & kitchen all with doors for privacy & sound proofing. Washing machine & dryer as well. Cozy & warm heating throughout. Could light a fire if needed. Little old pub attached to the building which was great. Didnt hear any noise the whole 3 days we were there. Host very friendly, gave us sandwiches upon arrival which was very welcomed.
A light from outside shone in our bedroom window at night til the pub closed but if we’d said something I’m sure they would have turned it off. There was a pizza van outside the pub which we thought would be great but it never opened the whole 3 days we were there.

Having the pub next door was great, and the pizza truck on Friday was so good! The accommodation was simple but well equipped, and the peat fire made it cosy. The place could do with a little freshen up (blinds need a clean, an exposed light switch in the bedroom), but it everything we needed.
A few things were just a little run down. The blinds had some mildew/staining on, the light switch in one of the bedrooms looks like it needed the cover replacing. Just a bit of TLC would make it exceptional.
