  Do not stay!!

  The location is pretty close to everything

  I don’t normally write reviews at all like this and we did contact the van owner directly first however got a bog standard response of I will let the cleaners know, sorry, when this totally ruined our Holiday! When we first walked in it stunk as though someone had deep fried fish fingers, we wiped the grease off the cooker and the splash back on there it was still fresh and we could not get rid of the smell all week, we went straight out and bought air fresher and tried to leave the doors open when in, however we were out as much as we possibly could be so was hard, the air vent in the kitchen was completely filthy, this has been previously mentioned,I nearly hurt myself opening the kitchen door that is hanging off, this has been mentioned previous too however I wasn’t aware then, the kitchen window does not open either, we only managed to get the oven and fire working once, after that it would not light again and stunk the whole van out of gas, the boiler should have been serviced in June but hadn’t, so that was a concern, the rug in the living room was dirty and definitely hadn’t been hoovered as there were still crumbs, along with under the living room table, the chairs around the table were too in a terrible state, carpets in the bedrooms were mucky and we had marks on the quilt cover, luckily we had took our own throws to put on, the main bedroom window doesn’t open which I find a health and safety concern as if anything happened whilst we were asleep and our only escape was out the bedroom, …one of the small mattresses was leant against the bedroom wall with the old frame under the van, there was mould around the wooden frame in there too, and lastly the bathroom we could not use apart from when we had to go to the toilet, we washed and brushed our teeth in the kitchen sink, the shower cubicle is full of black mould so again we couldn’t shower all week, the floor was dirty along with the wash basin, as soon as I got in I tried to clean the shower cubicle as...

  Very clean and the area was very quiet

  The property was very clean and had everything you need for relaxing time.

  The tv was giving problems but we believe it was due to the weather

  Spent alot more money to have fun

  The caravan was lovely but a few thinga didnt work, things were broken and was the best for my teenager

  The broken things Club houses arent great and no signs to get around
