W miarę tanio, ale komfortowo, dzielnica przypomina, podupadłe dzielnice gdy Polska wychodziła z komunizmu w latach dziewięćdziesiątych. Jednak okolica bardzo bezpieczna a ludzie sympatyczni. Bardzo blisko do metra i do pl. Taksim.

Nevera, cuina, bullidor, situació. Encara que el carrer estava molt brut. El Janer i el seu company són molt bons amfitrions.
Faltava el llençol de sobre. Nomès hi havia una baixera i un cobrellit
