    die Lage des Hotels

    das Personal - wenn es welches gibt- hat schlicht nicht stattgefunden. Weder beim Einchecken, nach dem zweiten Anruf kam eine Frau angelaufen und zeigte das Zimmer. Zum Auschecken waren vier oder fünf Anrufe notwendig um zu erfahren, wir sollen die Schlüssel im Zimmer liegen lassen….
