    En plus de 10 ans sur Booking c'est la 1ère fois que je suis insatisfait

    Seul l'emplacement sauve ce séjour que je regrette avoir effectué dans cet établissement.

    Propreté, qualité wifi, respect des souhaits de réservation, absence de rideau occultant (dans un hôtel en plein centre ville avec un vis à vis de quelques mètres avec l'immeuble voisin), sanitaires défaillants, aucune réponse de qui que ce soit à des demandes légitimes (une seconde couette pour séparer deux lits car j'avais réservé une chambre lits jumeaux, chasse d'eau HS pendant trois jours, comme c'est agréable) ; quant à ce que j'ai découvert sous un lit, cela est la preuve, qu'en plus, le ménage n'a pas été fait. Et en plus j'ai été facturé de 760 € pour ça, c'est vraiment le pompon !
