    I am very disappointed with the behaviour of the staff during my check-in. When I arrived, the staff member checked all my details and handed me the fob. However, when I went upstairs, the door would not open. I had to come all the way back downstairs to ask for assistance, but instead of helping me politely, she responded in a rude and disrespectful manner. Her attitude was unacceptable, and she did not seem willing to listen or help resolve the issue. I have never experienced such poor customer service before. I understand that problems can happen, but I expect staff to treat guests with courtesy and respect, especially when they need assistance. I hope management takes this matter seriously and looks into the staff member’s behaviour. Thank you.

    OK short stay

    Location, parking, kitchen facilities

    No view from our room (family room with children), showers always a bit grotty, power cut during night, some bed side lights not working
