The staff was supportive and helped us to leave our luggage before check in and after check out. Nice common hall and outdoor garden to hang out.
- The floor could have been a bit cleaner. - Not all charging ports were working - one of the shared bathroom lights wasn't working

An Excellent Place to Stay – Highly Recommended!
A wonderful place to stay that I highly recommend! The accommodation is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with excellent services and a very welcoming atmosphere. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and offers a great opportunity to interact with other guests and share experiences, making the stay even more enjoyable. The staff are exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. The location is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the services provided. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable, enjoyable, and affordable accommodation.
The only suggestions for improvement would be to provide more personal lockers for luggage and to extend the check-in hours, ideally throughout the day and until late at night.

I paid for one man to stay there for 3 nights as his appointment had been postponed. He did not stay as it was postponed again but I did not get a refund. Very poor practice

Restful and energising, with a very safe atmosphere. Plenty of reading material for a rainy day.
Cleanliness-brilliant as always. Clean facilities. Part-sighted disabled friendly. Nice garden too. Kitchen fully equipped with everything a chef could wish for. Ample parking. Very helpful staff, ready to assist in things.
The only thing I can think of is the need for more plugs in the common room: Charging phones etc. Every bed had charging stations anyway, in the dormitory.
