    Enjoyed our stay - budget room on beautiful grounds.

    The grounds and building were outstanding.

    The bathroom was not pleasant in the room. It smelled of dampness which wasnt nice, bad ventilation.

    Cheap and clean but not a restful or peaceful sleep!

    This was our fifth but probably our last stay here. We love how close it is to Alton Towers, clean comfy beds and tasty pizza.

    The extreme smell of sewage in the en-suite, cold room, constant water pipe and toilet cistern noise, it was like sleeping in a water treatment room. Also have more than one video of the loud noises in the room!
